Simac 400 - Direct drive programmable electronic pattern

Electronic field machine with a direct-drive cylindrical arm motor. The Simac 400TR boasts a 60 x 40 cm sewing area, featuring a single needle lockstitch and a 360-degree rotating head to ensure perfect stitching in all directions.

To ensure consistent and uniform quality, the machine's carriage is equipped with two linear guides and a ball screw on both the X and Y axes, providing smooth and precise movement.

Ease of use is guaranteed by the removable touchscreen panel with a fully Italian interface and dedicated computer software. This combination allows for intuitive machine operation, even for less experienced operators.
The new SIMAC 400 field sewing machine offers three versions to accommodate different sewing area sizes. This electronic lockstitch machine comes complete with a stand, table, and an energy-efficient motor. It is equipped with a double-capacity oscillating hook, a trimmer, and stepper motor transport with encoders for precise material handling.
