Dürkopp 523i, 524i, and 527i sewing machines are designed to create zigzag and double-locked stitches. They operate with a single needle and feature an underfeed system for precise stitching. The zigzag stitch can reach a maximum width of 6 mm and a length of up to 5 mm. The horizontally positioned hook allows for the use of medium-sized needles (80-110 Nm). The machine also allows for a presser foot lift of up to 12 mm, facilitating work on thicker materials.
